Hi from May and Sugar. Two small-sized older terriers that came to Safe Place recently. They are a bonded pair.

Sugar loves affection and pets but also is okay with just napping on the couch. She enjoys short walks on a leash and is well-behaved. When meeting new people she is slower to warm up than her sister May. The vet reports she has right back leg arthritis but is managing going up and down the stairs quite well.

May is full of personality, extremely affectionate and loves attention, particularly belly rubs! The vet reported May has a left eye cataract which may impact her vision. At this time, she has no issues.

Both are house and crate trained, and would be a good addition to a home where an owner can be available to give lot of love and attention but they are also content spending time together on their couch or outside in a yard.

They also come with their own crates, supplies and a month of medication and food. Their $300 adoption donation includes everything as well as vaccinations, microchips, recent heart worm tests and more.
