Infinite Disposal cares: About customers, the community, and their employees

InfiniteDisposalTeam

It takes years to build a reputation, and only minutes to undermine it. Infinite Disposal understands this and works hard to maintain its place as a waste disposal company known for reliability, professionalism, and service. Their speed, responsibility and customer service are key differentiators in the industry.

When you enlist Infinite Disposal for your residential trash and/or recycling pick-up or exclusive roll-out service you can trust them to get the job done right – every time!

Making your trash worth the waste!

Infinite Disposal serves the Colorado Springs, Monument, Palmer Lake, Falcon and Fountain areas, aiming to meet – or exceed – every trash pickup and customer service experience for its clientele. It is the company’s goal to consistently:

  • Service customers to the best of our ability
  • Provide excellent communication
  • Work to protect the environment

Every employee — from local management to local employees, local operations and local customer service representatives — keep these three objectives top-of-mind; a testament to their dedication (another example of what makes Infinite Disposal different).

When you contact Infinite Disposal — by phone, through the website or social media channels — you can count on a prompt and courteous response. When challenges arise — like a late arrival or absence, due to inclement weather — they connect with customers via email or a social media post.

“No company is perfect, but how we deal with issues says a lot about Infinite Disposal,” said CEO Scott Lukash. “Our phones are open 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday to Friday, with dispatchers having the ability to message drivers in real time.”

Roll-out service is “in”

Don’t give your trash another thought when you enlist Infinite Disposal’s exclusive roll-out service. When you put your cart where a representative can see it — at the top of a driveway or next to your home, for example — he or she will pick it up, dispose of the waste, and return the cart to its original location. This service is particularly beneficial for seniors and those with a disability.

Trash roll-off rentals are on point!

If you are renovating a home, clearing out an estate or managing a construction site, Infinite Disposal is, again, at your service, providing rentals of roll-off dumpsters. Local expertise, flexible rental periods, eco-friendly disposal and exceptional customer service are part and parcel of this endeavor, too.

Where trash and recycling services meet community service!

Infinite Disposal is proud to serve the community with in-kind donations of bins and dumpsters to myriad charitable events, including the Outdoor Classic, Wine Festival of Colorado Springs, Palmer Lake Wine Festival (30 pink 96-gallon bins; check out their significance below), 719 Battle of the Food Trucks (40 96-gallon bins), Pikes Peak or Bust Rodeo Breakfast (28 96-gallon bins and eight three-yard dumpsters), and Monument/Palmer Lake Fourth of July celebration (40 96-gallon bins last year).

Trash carts that attracts attention … and raises awareness about breast cancer

It costs Infinite Disposal customers just $1 above the regular monthly service charge to have a pink cart, with that dollar donated to Cowgirls Against Cancer, a local nonprofit that assists Colorado Springs residents with breast cancer prevention, detection, treatment and aftercare. Plus, an additional $5 for each pink cart sold will be donated to the charity, courtesy of Infinite Disposal and the pink cart manufacturer. Fun fact: Customers who switch to the pink cart will see the customary $25 trash can drop-off fee waived.

Engaged employees

Ask an Infinite Disposal team member how they feel about the company, and they will likely use words like “supported,” “connected,” and, perhaps, most important of all, “happy.” They represent a community; a community committed to achieving organizational goals. Take Kelly McPhee for instance, who has been with Infinite Disposal since the beginning, having served in a variety of capacities. Her experience is proof positive that when individuals within a company grow, so does the business! As she says:

“I have been with Infinite Disposal since May 2021 and have seen this company grow and help our community in the best ways. I really enjoy the work that I do and the team that I get to do it with. I also get to learn new things every day and interact with a wide variety of people in Colorado Springs.”
