The house that hopes built

Covington Homes now Empire Colorado and its trade partners have been donating time and materials to cover the cost of building St. Jude Dream Home Giveaway homes for the past 10 years.

The 2025 Colorado Springs St. Jude Dream Home Giveaway home is located at 5968 Callan Drive in Banning Lewis Ranch, a highly sought-after master-planned community on the northeast side of Colorado Springs. With more than 65 acres of parks, trails and recreational areas, a 24-hour fitness center, tennis courts, dog parks, an aquatic center, junior Olympic-sized pool and neighborhood playgrounds, Banning Lewis Ranch offers a cozy lifestyle for families and professionals alike.

The 3,300-square-foot home includes:
