Best Irish pubs around Colorado Springs for St. Patrick’s Day
When you think about the Irish holiday your mind likely conjures up images of green shamrocks, pints of beer, and St. Patrick himself.
Believe it or not, the original staple color of St. Patrick’s Day wasn’t green, and St. Patrick wasn’t Irish.
Blue was the first color associated with the holiday and St. Patrick was from Britain, according to The Irish Road Trip.
As for the shamrock, it is said that St. Patrick used the three-leafed plant as a metaphor for the Holy Trinity.

Rumor has it, the beer is turning green at Wyatt’s, located at 806 Village Center Drive. Their beloved St. Patrick’s Day menu is available with food specials like traditional corned beef and cabbage, beef and Guinness pie and corned beef tacos.
Jack Quinn’s Irish Pub & Restaurant
Jack Quinn’s has various live music acts planned for St. Patrick’s Day including The Sleeping Giants, Pikes Peak Highlanders and more. Enjoy various imported draft beers from Dublin along with fish and chips and corned beef and cabbage. Head to 21 South Tejon Street for this St. Paddy’s Day celebration!
Abby’s Irish Pub
According to their Facebook page, Abby’s will have various festivities for St. Patrick’s Day. They’re offering a special St. Patrick’s day menu starting with a traditional Irish breakfast, Guinness burgers, shepherd’s pie and more! They are located at 9697 Prominent Point, in northern Colorado Springs.
Rilea’s Pub
Rilea’s Pub has been counting down to St. Patrick’s Day for weeks! In celebration of the holiday, they will be serving a traditional Irish stew dinner and have bagpipes players at 7 p.m. on St. Patrick’s Day. Head to 5672 North Union Boulevard to celebrate.
