The Arapahoe County Sheriff’s Office yesterday released helicopter footage from a 2023 incident in which a bystander tackled a truck thief that led sheriff deputies on a chase. Bystander Johan Sebastian Eslava-Osorio promptly pursued the fleeing suspect after they crashed the stolen F-150.
