The Fat Bike Worlds in Crested Butte, Colorado took place Saturday, Jan. 25 and Sunday, Jan. 26, 2025, and all kinds of fun on fat bikes in the snow was had.
“Like usual, the stoke was so high, it’s hard not to have a glorious day with such great people,” FBW race organizer Dave Ochs said. “Smiles were rampant throughout, and that’s what gets me about FBW. It’s not the racers and the times, it’s the costumes and the smiles.”
Ethan Moyer of Leadville, Colorado won the race with a time of 01:37:23 by 1 second over fellow Coloradan Ryan Graber of Cañon City 01:37:24. Jordan Williford of Crested Butte rounded out the top three and finished with a time of 01:48:55.
A total of 131 racers signed up, 120 actually finished, with 83, 5-lappers in the World Champs race finishing and 37, 3-lappers finishing in the Fun race.
