3 juveniles arrested in Colorado Springs smash-and-grab investigation
The Colorado Springs Police Department arrested three juveniles late last month after an investigation into numerous vape and gun store smash-and-grab burglaries.
Investigators identified three juvenile suspects and linked them to several offenses, including the theft of at least four vehicles and burglaries or attempted burglaries at three gun stores and one vape store.
Detectives obtained arrest warrants for all three offenders and took them into custody without incident.
One of the juvenile offenders has been named as a suspect in three motor vehicle thefts and five burglaries. Another has been named in two motor vehicle theft cases and five burglaries, according to law enforcement.
The third offender is suspected of involvement in three motor vehicle thefts and five burglaries.
All three juveniles have since been bonded or released from custody pending adjudication.
