1 injured after car crashes into building in northeast Colorado Springs
One person is injured after a vehicle crashed into the side of a building in northeast Colorado Springs Wednesday afternoon, according to the Colorado Springs Fire Department.
Crews responded at about 1:14 p.m. to 7457 White Lodge Point near Templeton Gap and East Woodmen roads to work on stabilizing the structure of the unoccupied building. They say the crash occurred in an area of newly built homes that are all empty.

There were minor injuries reported from the driver of the vehicle and there was no one else in the car, according to fire crews. The driver was later transported to a local hospital.
