Colorado Springs police on Friday arrested a woman suspected of fleeing multiple times from officers, according to an online blotter entry.

Virginia Trujillo, 64, was arrested around 12:15 a.m. in the 1100 block of Iowa Avenue in a vehicle that police had tried to stop at various times in the previous two months.

Officers blocked the vehicle in with marked police cruisers and took the driver into custody after she attempted to push her way out.

Trujillo is facing multiple new charges along with two previous eluding charges and her outstanding warrant, police said.
