One person was extricated from a vehicle and sent to the hospital Wednesday after a single vehicle roll over crash in northeast Colorado Springs, according to the Colorado Springs Fire Department.

Crews responded to the wreck at about 10 a.m. at Marksheffel Road and Dublin Boulevard, the Fire Department said.

Once police arrived to the scene, the CSFD and AMR transported the driver involved to an area hospital with life-threatening injuries.

The Major Crash Team is investigating the crash but speed is believed to be a factor.
