Colorado Springs police are on the lookout for two suspects after a robbery Monday afternoon at a business on North Academy Boulevard, according to an online blotter entry.

Police responded to the 5100 block of North Academy Boulevard for an in-progress robbery just before 3 p.m.

According to the blotter entry Tuesday, two individuals stole an unknown amount of items from the business before running back to their truck.

When confronted by an employee, the two tried to leave the scene. While driving away, the truck struck a bystander who was trying to stop them from leaving. A second bystander jumped out of the way to narrowly miss being hit as well, police said.

All parties were treated on scene.
