The Denver Gazette sports staff predicts Sunday’s Broncos-Raiders game:

Paul Klee’s pick: Broncos 17, Raiders 16

Is Coach Prime going to be cool with the Las Vegas Raiders drafting Shedeur Sanders, whose big personality and bigger game would be an awesome fit on The Strip? The AFC West then would be QB central in the NFL.

Klee’s record: 6-5 overall

Chris Schmaedeke’s pick: Broncos 27, Raiders 13

Bo Nix keeps it going on offense and the Broncos score on defense as well. Riley Moss grabs a pick and takes it to the house. It is time for Denver to get a win in Vegas and it is clear that the Broncos are better than the Raiders.

Schmaedeke’s record: 8-3 overall

Chris Tomasson’s pick: Broncos 27, Raiders 17

Before the Bears had their season ruined on a Hail Mary pass from Jayden Daniels on Oct. 27, the Raiders had their season ruined by a 100-yard pick six by Broncos cornerback Pat Surtain II on Oct. 6. The Raiders led 10-3 at the time and lost 34-18. That started a six-game losing streak that soon will reach seven.

Tomasson’s record: 7-4 overall

Mark Kiszla’s pick: Broncos 20, Raiders 16

Kiszla’s record: 5-6 overall

At age 29, Courtland Sutton is playing his seventh season as a Broncos receiver. But he has never experienced the satisfaction of flying home from Las Vegas (or Oakland) with a road victory against the Raiders. What better way to end that streak than by catching the winning TD pass in the fourth quarter?

Kyle Fredrickson’s pick: Broncos 24, Raiders 12

The Bo Nix hype train keeps rolling with the Broncos sweeping their lowly AFC West rival. But the biggest storyline is the Denver defense limiting the Raiders to four field goals. Their dominance tops the list of reasons why the Broncos are on track to reach the postseason.

Fredrickson’s record: 7-4 overall
