This Halloween, there’s plenty of fun activities for everyone. Here’s a round-up of some highlights:

The Michael Jackson Experience Halloween Party at Boot Barn Hall, 7 p.m. Thursday

Boot Barn Hall will throw a Halloween Party this year with a special performance by Michael Jackson impersonator Brandon Jones.

Jones is a Chicago native who’s been performing as Jackson for more than a decade. In this performance, “Gone Too Soon: The Michael Jackson Experience”, Jones will be singing the King of Pop’s greatest hits.

Attendees are encouraged to dress up in costume for the event, and can enter into a costume contest to win free tickets for a year to Boot Barn Hall.

Indoor Family Halloween Festival at The SoccerHaus, 2:30-7:30 p.m. Thursday

The SoccerHaus will host a family-friendly Halloween Festival on Thursday afternoon, complete with candy, bounce houses and costume contests.

The free event is open to kids of all ages, and will have plenty of warm, indoor activities to avoid the October chill. Throughout the event, there will be treat stations hosted by local businesses, games, crafts, karaoke, dance parties, face painting and a photo booth.

There also will be a sensory-friendly house from 2:30-3:30 p.m. and a costume contest at 5:45 p.m.

Safe Trick-or-Treat in downtown Monument, 4-6 p.m. Thursday

Monument will host its annual downtown trick-or-treat event Halloween evening.

Wear your costumes and trick-or-treat along Monument’s main street. Local businesses will be handing out candy at this free family-friendly event.

Howl-o-ween Costume Contest at WestFax Springs, 4-10 p.m. Thursday

This dog-friendly Halloween festival at WestFax Springs will benefit the Humane Society of the Pikes Peak Region.

There will be plenty of doggie activities, including a dog pumpkin pie-eating contest, best trick competition and of course a costume contest. Some costume award categories include scariest, funniest, most creative and best human/dog duo. There will also be a silent auction.

Devotchka’s Halloween Costume Ball at The Stanley Hotel in Estes Park, Thursday-Saturday

This year’s event marks the sixth annual Devotchka Halloween show at the iconic Stanley Hotel in Estes Park.

The three-day party includes performances by Slavic Sisters macabre circus sideshow and an extended set by Denver-based band Devotchka. Attendees are encouraged to dress up for the costume party.

Dave & ‘Boosters’ Colorado Springs, 4- 7 p.m. Thursday

Colorado Springs’ Dave & Busters will host a family-friendly Halloween celebration Thursday night.

Ephemera restaurant will host a haunted carnival dinner Halloween evening.

The event will feature a multicourse dinner with pairings and spooky-themed cocktails. This dinner is designed with community-style seating to encourage meeting your neighbors.
