A Colorado Springs woman who died in a crash in Cimarron Hills Sunday afternoon has been identified by the El Paso County Coroner’s Office.

After being transported to a local hospital, 75-year-old Noi Barrow was pronounced dead following a head-on collision between two vehicles at North Marksheffel Road and North Carefree Circle, a press release from the Colorado State Patrol stated.

A spokesperson for CSP said the driver of the first vehicle was a 41-year-old Colorado Springs female, and there was a juvenile passenger. Both of them were taken to the hospital with serious injuries.

Barrow was the driver of the second vehicle, and there was a juvenile passenger in the car as well. The juvenile is in the hospital with serious injuries.

CSP are still investigating the crash, and there are pending charges, the spokesperson said. Investigators said they do not currently suspect alcohol, drugs or excessive speed to be factors in the accident.
