UPDATE: The Colorado Springs Police Department announced Friday afternoon that Arthur Skiba has been located and is safe.

10-year-old Arthur Skiba was reported missing Tuesday June 18.  

Skiba had last been seen near Sunflower Road and Cascade Avenue, according to a Colorado Springs Police Department’s social media post Tuesday morning.  

This was not the first time Skiba has gone missing. On June 5, he went missing after leaving his home in Monument Creek Mobile Home Park and was found a day later, according to CSPD’s social media page.
