Classic Homes putting its reliable stamp on Colorado Springs map | Best of the Springs

Classic Homes laid a solid foundation around the Pikes Peak region in 1989 and has been building on it for more than a third of a century. As a local residential developer, Classic Homes prides itself in quality builds and has been recognized time and again among the city’s top home builders in Best of the Springs.

In addition to pre-designed homes, the developer offers custom builds. Currently, Classic Homes has more than 50 pre-made floor plans that include styles such as ranch, traditional, two- and three-story family homes, as well as townhomes. The developer is known for neighborhoods such as Timber Ridge, Flying Horse, Forest Lakes, Wolf Ranch and Sanctuary Pointe.

Classic Homes announced this year that it will be adding 300-400 homes per year as the market improves — a pace that is much faster than its development of Flying Horse, where 1,800 homes went in over a period of 22 years. The new homes are set to be built for Sterling Ranch, a community planned on Colorado Springs’ northeast edge.
