The Pikes Peak Association of Realtors’ Pikes Peak Open House Weekend, Saturday, May 4 and Sunday, May 5, 2024, will open the door to opportunities in local real estate listings, from existing homes to new builds in El Paso and Teller Counties.  

There is a lot to be excited about regarding this event, which is back – and better than ever – for the first time since 2019! Being able to see what is available benefits potential buyers and sellers in a market where rates have risen, and sales have slowed.  

Recent history has shown everyone a confusing time in the real estate industry, but the Pikes Peak Open House Weekend can provide clarity, whether you are a first-time buyer looking to realize the American dream, so deeply woven into the fabric of our lives, or a repeat buyer who wants to relocate closer to friends and family or needs to downsize.
