Colorado Springs residents will see overcast and damp conditions on Friday, with patches of fog in some areas, according to Gazette news partner KOAA.

“Much like yesterday, our weather is starting out overcast, with areas of fog this morning throughout the Pikes Peak region,” Meteorologist Alan Rose said. “However, unlike yesterday, we should see a decent amount of sunshine during the day before the first of two storms arrives.”

Friday’s high is expected to be in the mid-50s, according to Rose.

“Drier air should slow down the rain and snow briefly Saturday morning before another round of showers and wintry precipitation develops Saturday afternoon. With the unsettled weather on Saturday, highs may struggle to warm out of the middle 40s.”

Saturday: A chance of rain and snow showers before 2 p.m., then a chance of rain showers. Cloudy, with a high near 45. Breezy, with a south southeast wind 10 to 15 mph. Chance of precipitation is 30%. New precipitation amounts of less than a tenth of an inch possible.

Sunday: Mostly sunny, with a high near 63. South wind 10 to 15 mph.

Monday: Partly sunny, with a high near 76. West wind 10 to 15 mph.

Tuesday: Mostly sunny, with a high near 63. North wind around 15 mph becoming east-southeast in the afternoon.
