Did you know that the Girl Scout Cookie Program has been changing the world for more than a century? The deliciousness you find inside – from classics like Thin Mints, Samoas, Tagalongs, Adventurefuls and other fan favorites — build possibilities outside, enabling girls to learn, grow and thrive as they gain entrepreneurial and life skills within the largest girl-led entrepreneurial program in the world!
Unboxing courage, confidence, and character
Girl Scout Cookie sales feed Girl Scouts’ drive to explore their interests, discover their passions and act on the issues that are nearest and dearest to their hearts. A variety of badges can be earned for developing valuable business skills, from Cookies Business to Financial Literacy and Entrepreneur, as the girls acquire goal setting, decision making, money management and business ethic skills.
An indulgence with intention!
When bold, goal-getting Girl Scouts sell a package of cookies, they are doing much more than what is seen at face value. Girl Scouts do more than sell delicious treats — these entrepreneurial powerhouses create a more equitable future for themselves and the world. Every box of cookies sold provides invaluable experiences for Girl Scouts such as service projects, troop travel, and summer camp. One hundred percent of Girl Scout Cookie proceeds stays in Colorado.

Your purchase – priced at $5-6 a box, depending on your selection, available in Colorado until March 10 – can be considered a conduit to the amassing of “adventure capital” for Girl Scouts near you! There are gluten free and vegan cookie options, and every flavor variety is kosher, and Halal certified … and contain zero grams of trans fat per serving!

“Everyone loves Girl Scout Cookies – but the program is about so much more than cookies,” said Leanna Clark, CEO, Girl Scouts of Colorado. “When you purchase cookies, you are helping girls power their Girl Scout Leadership Experience and you’re supporting female entrepreneurs.”

Your lifeline to life-changing cookies
You can support your local Girl Scouts by ordering cookies from a girl you know or visiting www.girlscoutcookies.org to find a booth near you. The Girl Scout Cookie Finder will help you find a booth and purchase cookies, too; share your ZIP code on the free app, available on iOS and Android devices. Customers may also purchase cookies to be shipped directly to their homes with the link.

Philanthropy and community service are essential to the Girl Scout Cookie experience
The Hometown Heroes and Gift of Caring programs enable customers to purchase cookies for donation that Girl Scouts across Colorado will share with blood banks, first responders, food banks. Local nonprofit organizations, military and uniformed personnel, and shelter. The goal for 2024 for Colorado’s Hometown Heroes/Gift of Caring program is 200,000 packages of cookies. Your purchase may be eligible for a tax deduction.
The future is sweet
The journey to fun, friendship and experiences that position girls in kindergarten through 12th grade for future success starts as a Girl Scout.
Girl Scout Cookie Season provides girls with experience in running a small business, earning money, and acquiring financial literacy skills – all “real life” skills that they take with them into the future; a future without barriers.
