O’Bryant named Gleneagle Sertoman of the Year

Donna O’Bryant was named the Gleneagle Sertoma Club’s Sertoman of the Year.

Since 2000, O’Bryant has been the program’s vice president, scheduling speakers for the bi-monthly meetings and occasional evening meetings. She has been a Sertoman for 30 years, starting as a charter member of the Chapel Hills Sertoma chapter.

O’Bryant’s contribution to the club was recognized with the presentation, “Connection, Community, Commitment, Compassion,” read by Dr. Vicki Wynn, Gleneagle Sertoma president.

The presentation was made at the club’s Dec. 13 Christmas dinner at The Club at Woodmoor.

Helping Home Front

The club made a major contribution to the Home Front Military Network at the club’s Dec. 6 meeting.

Home Front Executive Director Kathleen Hatten and Development Director Jennifer Wilson shared with the club the organization’s impact on military and veteran families in the Pikes Peak region and all across Colorado.

The Sertoma Club’s fundraising from the August 23rd annual Patriot Golf Benefit Tournament provided the $10,000 check to further the HFMN’s assistance to those in need.
