The Eagles have a 3-game winning streak against the Rams and have won seven of the past eight matchups between the two teams.

Junior Blake Marshall will enter the matchup averaging 16.7 per game and looks to avenge his shooting woes against the Rams.

As a sophomore, Marshall went 0-2 from beyond the arc and finished with 0 points against the Rams in a 50-42 win on Valentine’s Day.

Marshall has scored in double figures in all but two games this season.

Lewis-Palmer at Discovery Canyon

7 p.m. Thursday at Discovery Canyon Campus

The Rangers have won 4 of their last 5 games while averaging nearly 70 points per game during their streak.

Most notably in this contest, the Thunder hope for their first victory against Lewis-Palmer in more than a decade.

Since 2011, the Rangers have won 22 consecutive games against the Thunder with all but three victories coming by double figures.

Discovery Canyon enters the contest with momentum having won 8 of its last 10 games.

The Thunder have to stop the Rangers’ Cohen Edmonson, who’s averaging 20.3 points per game for the Rangers.

Fountain-Fort Carson at Liberty

Liberty looks to defend its homecourt against a 10-1 Fountain-Fort Carson team that has yet to lose a road game this season.

The Trojans average 66 points on the road, slightly above their 60.2 points per game in 11 contests this season.

Fountain-Fort Carson has held more opponents under 40 points this season (9) than the Trojans have allowed to score 50 or more (2).

Meanwhile, the Lancers have allowed 40 or more points on their home court just once all season and boast a 3-1 record at Liberty.

Vanguard at Peyton

5 p.m. Tuesday at Peyton Junior-Senior High School

Last season, in their first meeting since 2019, the Panthers handed the Coursers their worst loss of the season and held Vanguard to its lowest scoring game of the year at 34.

Peyton also has the top scorer in the state with AJ Mannering averaging 30.5 points per contest.

Last season as a junior, Mannering scored 21.1 points a game and dropped 21 points and 6 steals on the Coursers.

Through 11 games this year, the Coursers have allowed 31 points per game and, besides a 63-41 loss to Centauri, haven’t allowed more than 42 points.

Palmer at Cheyenne Mountain

3:15 p.m. Friday at Sertich Ice Center

The Red-Tailed Hawks enter the contest on a 3-game winning streak and dominant with their attack.

In their recent string of victories, the Red-Tailed Hawks have scored 20 goals including back-to-back 8-0 shut-out victories.

Cheyenne Mountain has won 9 consecutive games against Palmer and has not lost to the Terrors since Dec. 16, 2013.

During this streak, the Red-Tailed Hawks have outscored the Terrors 64-13 and own three shut-out victories against Palmer.
