In celebration of Christmas, Colorado’s Winter Park resort hosted a unique light show with some stunning results.

Fireworks were launched above the slopes, while lighted skiers created a glowing trail down the mountain. The word ‘JOY’ can be seen illuminated on the ski run, while a crowd of onlookers brave the cold to watch the scene unfold.

Located in Grand County, Winter Park is known as one of the top resorts in the state. It has a wide-range of terrain that caters to nearly any style of skiing and is also home to the National Sports Center for the Disabled, which offers one of the most extensive adaptive slopesports programs in the country.
