Where the good news shines

USA Triathlon has hired a Colorado resident to run the show.

Scott Schnitzspahn, who lives in Highlands Ranch, on Thursday was named High Performance General Manager at USA Triathlon, which is based in Colorado Springs. The position oversees the U.S. national teams and Olympic and Paralympic pipelines at USA Triathlon.

The U.S. led all countries with seven combined Olympic and Paralympic triathlon medals at the Tokyo Games.
