In 2015, the O’Neil Group Company purchased a three-building campus focused around the old Santa Fe Railroad Depot and has since turned it into collaborative ecosystem for businesses, academia, government, and more. The Catalyst Campus for Technology and Innovation has since grown to eight buildings totaling 200,000 square feet that how house 30 companies and 700 employees. (Video by Skyler Ballard)
