Colorado Springs police called for the community’s help searching for a missing at-risk woman, officers said.

Nichole Taylor, 38, was last seen on April 10 in the 1000 block of Westmoreland Road, police said.

Police described Taylor as 5-foot-9 tall, 200 pounds, with shoulder-length brown hair, last seen wearing glasses, a purple sweatshirt and a black backpack.
