Colorado Springs Fire Department celebrates 125th anniversary

Today the Colorado Springs Fire Department marks 125 years of community service. The organization transitioned from being a volunteer fire company to a paid fire department on Feb. 12, 1894 and has been serving the Colorado Springs area ever since.

To commemorate their anniversary, we’ve compiled a gallery of photos provided by the Colorado Springs Fire Department. Happy anniversary!
