State and regional baseball tournaments start Friday.

No. 5 Air Academy will begin 4A state tournament play Friday, while No. 13 Evangelical Christian Academy will start 2A regional play the same day. No. 2 Peyton will open 2A regional play on Saturday.

The 4A tournament takes place at All-Star Park in Lakewood and Bishop Machebeuf High School in Denver.

The 2A tournament will be in Pueblo at the Runyon Field Sports Complex.
