Beer and cookies?

Scrumptious. This is what craft beer fans learned at the Breckenridge Big Beers festival earlier this month at a seminar titled, “Who Needs Milk When You Can Have Beer With Your Cookies!”

The session paired cookies from Mountain Top Cookie Shop in Breckenridge with Colorado beers, all matched by Bill Sysak with Wild Barrel Brewing, and presented by Julia Herz from the Boulder-based Brewers Association.
