Searchers are looking for a 43-year-old Craig man who is overdue from a camping trip.

Scott Burke was supposed to return home Saturday, “but no one has seen or heard from him since he left Friday,” according to the Mesa County Sheriff’s Office.

Burke was reported to have gone camping in the North Desert or the Bookcliff area west of De Beque, the sheriff’s office said.

Burke is described as being 5-foot-11 and about 175 pounds, with brown hair and green eyes.
