Barack Obama singled out Air Force Academy competitive shooter David Higgins Thursday morning during his presidential graduation address.

Higgins is among the 2016 academy graduates. In April, he earned a place on the United States Olympic Shooting Team in the 50-meter prone event.

Higgins listened as the president talked about his upcoming trip to the Rio Olympics. Higgins, Obama announced, can travel to Rio and win a gold medal.

The sentence sounded close to a presidential command.

“No pressure,” Obama said, laughing as he ended his mention of Air Force’s Olympian.
