Laura Fonner, executive director of Homeward Pikes Peak, is a recent graduate of Community Resource Center’s Nonprofit Leadership & Management Program. The nine-month CRC program expands leadership capabilities and management techniques.

Fonner is a licensed professional counselor and has been working in that capacity for 20 years. The past 15 years have been spent working with mentally ill homeless individuals. She is well-versed in a variety of counseling techniques, Social Security and HUD and SAMHSA grants.
