Meeting promotes inclusiveness in business community
Colorado’s Minority Business Office will host the National Association of State Minority, Women and Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Directors (NASMWDD) fourth annual meeting Dec. 2-4 in Denver. The NASMWDD promotes business growth and inclusion of minority, women and disadvantaged businesses, and the annual member meeting brings together experts from throughout the nation to present achievements and outline best practices that can be replicated in other states.
The two-day meeting will feature speakers from the federal government, private industry and the national advocacy arena who will share information about national trends, areas of opportunity for engagement with states, new methodologies to engage the businesses and analytics, as well as to foster conversation between states.
