One person was killed and another taken to the hospital in a crash Monday evening near the intersection of Squirrel Creek and Milne roads in eastern El Paso County, according to the Colorado State Patrol.

The crash was reported around 6:20 p.m. on Monday.

The Colorado State Patrol reported Sue Hill, 56, hit another car while driving on Squirrel Creek Road east of Fountain

The driver of the other vehicle, who has not been identified, was not wearing a seat belt and died at the scene.

Hill was hurt in the crash and was taken to the hospital. A spokesperson from State Patrol said Monday that Hill could face failure to yield charges in addition to DUI.
