Person killed by car at East Boulder and El Paso streets intersection

A person was hit by a car and killed at the intersection of East Boulder Street and North El Paso Street on Sunday night, Colorado Springs police said.

All eastbound lanes of East Boulder from Farrs Court to El Paso were closed for several hours, while officers investigated the incident. Officers received reports of the collision at 7:44 p.m. and the road was completely reopened at 11 p.m., police said.
