DeGrant Joins Aspen View Homes
Aspen View Homes welcomes well-respected land developer, Mike DeGrant, to the team of Aspen View Homes and Horizon View Homes (northern Colorado division) of Colorado.
“A well-known face within the community, Mike will over-see the day-to-day land operations and development of both our Colorado Springs and Northern Colorado communities,” said Randy O’Leary, President of Desert View Homes. “We’re thrilled to have Mike’s industry expertise and community knowledge leading the Colorado land acquisition and development for Aspen View and Horizon View Homes.” he continued.
Formerly developing for Spring Creek, Mike DeGrant was named the 2014 Builder Developer Member of the Year for the Housing and Building Association of Colorado Springs for his outstanding contributions to the industry and the community.
Active within the community, DeGrant serves on the Colorado Springs HBA Board of Directors, Land Use Committee, CDPHE sub-committee, Utilities Committee and is the cur-rent HBA Cares President.
Mike also serves as VP for the Spring Creek HOA. He is on the board at Life of Faith Church, City’s Initiative to end Homelessness, City/County Continuum of Care Governance Board, Partnership for Community Design, and Development Review Enterprise. He is a volunteer at the Space Foundation and Habitat for Humanity, through HBA Cares.
