Pikes Pub: Steel City honors best in homebrewing

Recreational beer makers from the Front Range region, and as far away as Ohio, brewed up 200 entries for the second annual homebrew competition at the Steel City Brew Fest, a highlight of Saturday’s Boats, Bands and BBQ Festival at Gateway Park at the historic Arkansas Riverwalk in Pueblo.

The competition and brew fest were put on by the Steel City Brewers, Pueblo’s homebrew club.

Here’s a run-down of the top finishers in each category, including overall Best of Show winners:

Best of Show (14 entries)
