A popular thrift store for pets had to close Tuesday after a vehicle crashed into the front of the store located west of The Citadell Mall, Colorado Springs police said.

A red Chevrolet Blazer reportedly crashed into the St. Paws Thrift Store about 10 a.m. when an elderly driver lost control, police said.

There were no injuries reported and the store will remain closed for repairs.
