Man who body was found in Fountain church parking lot committed suicide, police said
A 29-year-old man whose body was found in the parking lot of Valley Christian Church in Fountain on Monday night committed suicide, Fountain police said.
The El Paso County coroner on Tuesday determined a self-inflicted gunshot was the cause of death, Fountain police Sgt. Scott Gilbertsen said.
The man’s identity was not released pending next-of-kin notification, Gilbertsen said.
