One person was taken to Memorial Hospital after an early morning shooting Saturday at a Colorado Springs motel near Fountain and Powers boulevards, according to Colorado Springs police. A second person was grazed by a bullet, police said.

Police were called to the Holiday Inn Express at 1815 Aeroplaza Drive at about 4 a.m. Saturday.

As of 9:30 a.m. Saturday, no suspect had been arrested, police said.

The condition of the person taken to the hospital was not available, and police provided no further information.
