Air Force will conduct exercises at Fort Carson

Colorado Springs may see more aircraft in the sky starting Tuesday because the Air Force will be conducting aerial non-live artillery exercises through Friday on Fort Carson.

Neighbors of the Mountain Post in particular will notice an increase in military air activity and hear more artillery noise overnight, Fort Carson officials said.

Any concerns can be directed to the Fort Carson Public Affairs Office at 719-526-5996.
