Loveland couple accused of planning to rob pedophiles
Police have arrested a Loveland couple, accusing them of conspiring to lure pedophiles to a hotel to rob and extort them.
Police say Dustin Canup, 20, and Sareena Morrison, 18, planned to also kidnap any children brought to the hotel by the pedophiles. Canup was carrying a 12-inch knife and handcuffs when police nabbed them, police said.
“They were quite serious about this,” said Loveland police Sgt. Mike Halloran. “We were able to intercept them before any citizens were harmed by them.”
