Dog people will have a blast Saturday at the “Romp in the Park,” which commemorates International Homeless Animal Day. Bring your canine companions to the doggie water park, a bobbin’ for hot dogs and other events. The humans will have fun, too, with a bounce house, $25 microchip vouchers, raffles and food.
