It was in the early days of the Waldo Canyon Fire, but Manitou Springs businesses have felt the fiscal effects of the evacuation of their town nonetheless. So swing by Soda Springs Park, 354 Manitou Ave., at noon Monday for a cash mob, which is really just an excuse for whoever shows up to shop, eat and generally enjoy what Manitou has to offer. And all for a good (if partly self-indulgent) cause.
