5 injured in rollover crash in southwestern Teller County

Four children and an adult were injured in rural Teller County Wednesday afternoon when the pickup truck they were in rolled over, the Colorado State Patrol said.

Joshua Robillard, 28, of Florissant, was driving north on Teller County Road 111 in southwestern Teller County, near the Park County line, about 3:30 p.m. when he went off the left side of the road, troopers said.

The children were riding in the bed of the pickup and were thrown out when the truck rolled, troopers aid.

The children involved are 6-, 9-, and 12-year-old boys and a 10-year-old girl. Two of them were seriously injured and the other two had minor to moderate injuries, troopers said. All four were taken to Memorial Hospital by helicopter.

Robillard, who suffered minor injuries, was taken to Memorial Hospital in a private vehicle.
