Clever idea: A taqueria opens in a bus
El Poblano, a taquaria at 908 N. Circle Ave. has developed something even more clever than a mobile app. It’s a mobile restaurant – a cafe inside of a remodeled school bus.
The original seats have been removed, and there are chairs on each side.
It’s currently set up in the parking lot of 230 N. Chelton St., near the east side entrance to Walmart.
