Killer of Broncos’ Darrent Williams found guilty in second murder
The last lieutenant of Brian Hicks’ notorious Denver street gang was found guilty Monday of murdering a state witness. Willie D. Clark was immediately sentenced to a second life term in prison and an additional 420 years.
A Denver jury decided Clark helped commit the Dec. 6, 2006 murder of Kalonniann Clark, who was just days away from testifying against his gang boss in an attempted murder case.
Willie Clark, no relation to Kalonniann Clark, is already serving life plus 1,152 years in state prison for the 2007 New Year’s Day drive-by killing of Denver Broncos cornerback Darrent Williams.
