Colorado Springs Police are looking for 44-year-old Theodore Ivan Robbins, who is suspected of sexually assaulting a 5-year-old girl.

Detectives obtained a warrant for Robbins’ arrest after a 22 month investigation sparked by a tip on the abuse that allegedly occurred in an apartment.

It is unknown whether Robbins is still in Colorado Springs.

Anyone with information on Robbins’ whereabouts is asked to call police at 444-7000. Anyone with information on the crime should call detective John W. Koch at 444-7535.
