Natural gas rates going down, Utilities says
Colorado Springs Utilities said Tuesday that natural gas rates will decrease about 5.8 percent starting June 1, or about $3 per month for a typical residential customer.
The rate decrease is the third this year and comes because wholesale natural gas costs are lower than forecasted, Utilities said.
