A bank robber known for more than a year as the “Portfolio Bandit,” was arrested this afternoon in Adams County.Eric R. Dodd, 30, was wanted by the FBI for allegedly robbing 13 Denver Metro area banks since December 2008.The FBI suspects Dodd of coming into the banks with a portfolio under his arm, standing in line waiting and handing a robbery note it to the teller. The robber had implied that he had a weapon but never showed one.About $2,000 or less was stolen in each of his holdups. In early April, a large photo of the bandit appeared in 4600 block of Austin Bluffs Parkway a few miles east of Academy Boulevard on donated billboard space.
