Man breaks into home, then announces he’s in wrong house
An armed man broke into a couple’s home early Friday morning, forced himself into their locked bedroom and fled after announcing he had the wrong place.
Police responded to the home of Terry and Sue Miller in the 2900 block of Parker Street about 3:20 a.m. Sue Miller, who is hearing impaired, didn’t hear any commotion before the man burst into their bedroom. Terry Miller said he thought it was their son coming home.
The man pointed his gun at Sue Miller before saying he had the wrong house. He fled through the front door, the couple said.
Police did not find the man.
